This includes the foreign establishments that the competent authority authorizes them to practice the activity of ownership and investment in parts of buildings or buildings such as hopes that are set up in investment areas determined by the competent authorities in the emirate subject of the grant, so that those foreign establishments have the right to use the floors and units designated for investment, excluding the lands on which these buildings are located.
